Here are the HF Winlink stations that I have successfully connected to and passed traffic with:
           CALL        DIAL FREQUENCY

AJ7C          3595.500

XE2BNC     3590.200

K2RXD        7101.000

K6SDR        7102.200

CALL          DIAL FREQUENCY

KD6OAT       7095.500

W7DEM        7102.000

KD6OAT      710145.200

XE2BNC       10142.500

I have not really tried Winlink HF at night.  All of the above stations worked for me during the day, and the two on 80M were especially clear and stable, providing a very good S/N ratio.  VARA HF seems to be most commonly used although ARDOP is also still supported.  Enter the dial frequency listed and use USB regardless of band. You can also set your filter for 2.8 kHz and that will be just enough to pass the signal, and minimize noise.  In practice I usually leave my settings the same as for FT8 and it works fine.  There is a website that describes common settings for Winlink HF, although I usually leave my radio set up the same for FT8 and it works just fine.

For radios without a built-in TNC or modem use a "SignaLink" USB or similar device with Winlink!
